Every six months, our members choose the topics that matter most to them, covering both business and life, creating discussions that are relevant, supportive, and empowering.

How Our Meetings Work
Small Groups, Big Impact
Each local group is capped at 20 members to ensure every voice is heard and every connection is meaningful. We meet fortnightly in a relaxed yet focused setting where you can feel comfortable and inspired.
No Industry Lockouts
We welcome women from every background and profession. You are recognised for your current business and industry, but we believe you bring so much more — your skills, experiences, and personal journey. Our focus is on collaboration over competition and connection over referrals.
A Structured Hour With Real Conversations
Each meeting runs for one hour, centred around a new discussion topic each fortnight. Topics are chosen to inspire conversation, encourage knowledge sharing, and spark new ideas. Members are invited to share stories, tips, and lessons learned, creating a rich exchange of experience and wisdom.
One Minute, One Voice
Every member has one minute to share her story. It could be a quick promo about your business, an update on a project, a valuable lesson from the fortnight, or something that’s on your mind. This is your time to be heard.
The 10-Minute Member Feature
At each meeting, one member is invited to go deeper, sharing more about her journey, her business, her purpose, and the type of support she needs. This is a chance to be truly seen and understood by your group.
Building Connections Between Meetings
In the two weeks between gatherings, we encourage you to connect one-on-one with another member, either from your own group or a different Women in Business .World group. At the next meeting, you’ll briefly share:

Consistency is key to building a strong, supportive group. Members are expected to attend each meeting or send a replacement if they cannot make it.
