This opportunity is ideal for women who are well connected, highly motivated, and excited about helping other women thrive while growing a strong business network within their region.

We're Looking For Women Who Are:

Well connected within their local business community
Friendly, approachable, and supportive
Organised and reliable
Passionate about helping women succeed
Excited about growing their network and influence
Motivated to build and support thriving local communities of businesswomen

About the Role

Area Managers are responsible for overseeing a minimum of three Women in Business.World groups within a geographical area they can easily reach and support.

Taking Over & Growing Existing Areas

Step into an established area and grow the groups already running within your region.

Establishing & Developing New Areas

Build new groups from the ground up throughout New Zealand, creating fresh communities of businesswomen.

As an Area Manager, you'll support existing groups, help launch new groups, recruit and mentor local leaders, and ensure members enjoy a consistent and supportive Women in Business.World experience. There is significant potential to expand your area by opening additional groups and developing strong local leadership teams.

What You'll Receive

Free Women in Business.World membership
An ongoing share of membership revenue from your area
Growth opportunities as new groups are established within your region
Full marketing support to help launch and grow groups
Direct training and mentorship from the Founder
Access to CRM systems, resources, and business tools
Ongoing support from a national leadership team
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of women in business throughout your community

Support, Structure & a Bigger Vision

This role is not about creating your own networking organisation or developing a separate brand. Women in Business.World has an established structure, proven systems, and clear processes designed to create a consistent and supportive experience for members nationwide. As an Area Manager, your role is to strengthen and expand the Women in Business.World network within your region while contributing to a much larger vision.

In the early stages, launching and growing groups will require a greater investment of time. Area Managers are expected to actively support new groups until local leadership teams are established, trained, and confident in running meetings independently.

As your area grows, your focus will shift towards mentoring leaders, maintaining consistency across groups, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding the reach of Women in Business.World throughout your region. This includes regular communication with local leaders, periodic visits to groups, and participation in Women in Business.World meetings as a member.

Join a National Leadership Network

You won't be building this alone.

As a Women in Business.World Area Manager, you'll become part of a growing national leadership team committed to supporting, empowering, and connecting women throughout New Zealand and beyond. Together, we're creating stronger business communities, meaningful relationships, and greater opportunities for women everywhere.

If you're ready to grow your impact, develop your leadership skills, and help shape the future of Women in Business.World, we'd love to hear from you.
